People who constantly reach into a pocket to check a smartphone for bits of information will soon have another option: a pair of Google-made glasses that will be able to stream information to the wearer’s eyeballs in real time.

Bono is the co-founder of investment firm Elevation Partners. Its stake in Facebook is almost certain to be valued at over $1bn when Facebook goes public. The star is likely to make as much from that process as U2 has earned in its entire career.

The rebirth of cool
January 1987 - The first issue of A Dirty Little Secret (ADLS), a music and culture fanzine is born, printed “borrowing” the photo copier located outside the principals office of a Long Island, NY high school.
Fast forward to January 2012. Exactly 25 years later, ADLS is reborn on the web. Make sure to “Follow” and “Like” in the appropriate areas. Lots more to come.
